Passionate about artist development, Charles specializes in assisting independent Memphis music creators in copyright management, healthcare support, and sync licensing by providing resources and opportunities to empower their careers within the Memphis music community and music industry. During his academic career at The University of Memphis, Charles served as the GRAMMYU Representative for the Memphis Chapter of The Recording Academy ('19-'21) and served as the Performance Coordinator for the university's Sound Fuzion band in the same years.
